Our Learning Coaches
Our Learning Coaches have extensive training in the principles of learning science and the unique application of these principles that are the hallmark of our instructional approach. Each Learning Coach is individually trained by me, along with other Senior Learning Coaches, until they reach an established level of proficiency in the implementation of the Fit Learning Method of instruction. The same methods that are used to transform the learning abilities of our students are also used in the training of our Learning Coaches. As a result, our Coaches achieve exemplary instructional skills, which empower them to create the dynamic, exciting, and rewarding learning experiences that fundamentally transform our students’ academic aptitudes and overall cognitive abilities.
Parent Reviews
Listening, Understanding, Following Instructions, Language Building, Reading Readiness, & Relational Math Concepts
These areas are what our 4-year-old daughter was struggling with. She is a bright, healthy and socially active little girl who loves anything pink, dancing, ballet and of course Frozen. We could see in her Kindy year that she was struggling with a lot of areas. We kept telling ourselves that she is the baby of the class, she has a special needs brother who takes a lot of our time, both parents work full time so we have not invested enough time into her. Finally the mid-year review with her teacher and it was apparent that our little girl needed some one on one time to support her.
We started with Fit Learning and after 30 hours our daughter has blossomed. She has gone back to the basics and got her confidence back. She no longer cries or diverts our attention when questions are asked of her because she knows the answer. Her language has improved so much that she is able to have clear conversations with family and friends and feel heard.
Schools have their place and she loves going there. What is the problem is the big classes and the one on one teaching that many young children need? I have confidence that I have found a good balance between school and Fit Learning and our daughter is thriving on her Listening, Understanding, Following Instructions, Language Building, Reading Readiness, & Relational Math Concepts, the core areas that Fit Learning supports young children in.
Fit Learning is staying with our family for a while. I love that I am helping my daughter learn correctly from the start, helping her love learning and not be afraid of new things.
Thanks to Fit Learning we are learning how to give our daughter the best possible opportunity for success.
Many thanks
